Mediterranean Diet

It limits the intake of red meat, processed foods, and added sugars. The Mediterranean diet also encourages the use of healthy fats, such as olive oil, as the primary source of fat in the diet. Cook with Olive Oil and eat Greek Yogurt, both at least twice a week.

[June 16, 2017] It’s been fun learning over the past week or so that I am an extremist. I hadn’t previously considered myself to be one, but it’s now been pointed out so many times over the past few days, by certain young left-leaning folks, that I can no longer be in any doubt. In fact, I assume that I, along with other like-minded people, must now just wait for the powers-that-be to start issuing little badges with the letter “E”, to warn others that there are dangerous people with unwholesome views in their midst.

Until recently, I’d sort of thought of extremists as being those bearded head-chopper chaps with their black flags, or radical anarchist types intent on bringing down the State. Compared to them, I’m a fantastically dull extremist. Happily married for 17 years; raising six fairly contented children; held down jobs since leaving university 20-odd years ago; never been in trouble with the law; taxes paid into the Treasury’s redistribution scheme; an elder in a local Anglican church; no links to any terrorist organizations; good relations with neighbors; and by and large, pretty relaxed and content with my lot.

But according to Napoleon’s puppies (I’ll explain that in a moment), none of this counts for diddly squat, and I am indeed to be regarded on a par with chaps heading out for an extended holiday in one of those “training camps” in David Cameron’s New Libya.

Dozens of protesters were arrested on Wednesday while participating in pro-Palestine demonstrations across US college campuses.

At least 34 protesters, including a member of the media from a local news station, were arrested during protests at the University of Texas in Austin, and at least 50 more were detained by police at the University of Southern California [USC].

The arrests come amid a wave of demonstrations at campuses across the US, which began last week after students at New York’s Columbia University set up encampments calling for the university to divest from weapons manufacturers with ties to “Israel”.

The crackdown led to mass suspensions and arrests of hundreds of students in New York and other cities.

House speaker, Mike Johnson, jumped into the fray on Wednesday with a visit to Columbia’s campus, where he faced jeers from the pro-Palestinian protesters and called for the resignation of the university’s president.

Flanked by several Republican members of Congress, Johnson denounced the demonstrations as “mob rule” and condemned what he called a “virus of antisemitism” at colleges nationwide.

In 2009, Russian President Medvedev (President from May 7th, 2008 to May 7th, 2012) called for a new European security policy known as “Fourteen Points” as a new security treaty to be accepted to maintain European security as the ability of states and societies to maintain their independent identity and functional integrity (this Russian draft European security treaty was originally posted on the President’s website on November 29th, 2009). This treaty proposal was passed to the leaders of the Euro-Atlantic States and the executive heads of the relevant international organizations such as NATO, EU, the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), and the Organization of Security Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). In this proposal, Russia stressed that it is open to any democratic proposal concerning continental security and is counting on a positive response from Russia’s (Western) partners.

However, not so surprisingly, D. Medvedev’s call for a new European security framework (based on mutual respect and equal rights) became interpreted particularly in the USA in the fashion of the Cold War 1.0, in fact, as a plot to pry Europe from its strategic partner (USA). Nevertheless, this program in the form of a proposal was the most significant initiative in IR by Russia since the dismissal of the USSR in 1991. From the present perspective, this proposal could save Ukrainian territorial integrity, but it was rejected primarily due to Washington’s Russo phobic attitude.

Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian has condemned the ongoing crackdown on pro-Palestinian protests in US universities, urging Washington to immediately stop support for Israel.

Police have arrested hundreds of protesters in locations across the US, as demonstrations against the war in Gaza intensify across university campuses. In the latest crackdown, some 108 arrests were made at Emerson College in Boston. Earlier, 93 people at the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles were taken into custody on trespassing charges. Protesters and police also clashed at the University of Texas in Austin. Authorities said 34 people were arrested there too.

According to reports from local media, the largest and most important US military bases in eastern Syria have been targeted by missile attacks. Four missiles were launched at the al-Omar oil field base. The Kharab al-Jir base was targeted with three missiles and a drone was also sent to the location. | At least one of the missiles struck the Kharab al-Jir base is reported to have caused a fire. The missile attack comes after two months in which US bases in eastern Syria were not targeted. The republicans act as though they don't understand why Biden hurts America and helps Iran and China. They just can't say why all of Biden's decisions are destroying the United States and crushing the American people. "His decisions are so boneheaded" they say. In reality, Biden is not boneheaded, he is very focused. He has one objective, to completely and permanently destroy America economically, culturally, and morally, which he is doing with great effect. Biden was put into power by a blatantly rigged election to serve the interests of the global elite.

Biden has given the bulk of America's oil reserves to China while shutting off oil production in the United States, killing millions of jobs and economically devastating the country. American cities have fallen into disrepair, while millions of Americans are homeless and out of work. Instead of helping the American people, Biden is sending hundreds of billions of dollars borrowed from the Federal Reserve Bank to Ukraine for endless war. Biden does this for his global elite masters to keep the American people in debt enslavement while profiting the military industrial complex and depopulating the earth.

After the Hamas-led massacre in Israel planned and funded by the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the more than 40 attacks on U.S. troops by Iran’s proxies, Biden has given Iran access to more than $10 billion. The world's leaders see that America is being intentionally destroyed from within, and they are dumping the dollar. America is loosing its world reserve currency status and the dollar is collapsing. An invading army could not do such damage to America as Biden the traitor and his gang of democrat thieves.

The majority of Americans deserve Biden while the minority who still posses critical thinking skills should relocate to another country.

Former Athens-Clarke Negro police officer Roger Williams filed a federal lawsuit against the Athens-County, Ohio government on the grounds that he was discriminated against when he was fired in 2021 for using excessive force. Williams is suing for back pay, lost benefits, punitive damages and other fees and costs associated with the litigation.

So it wasn't the innocent young woman's rights that were blatantly violated, but the power mad thug cop's rights. Ultimately, Williams will be rewarded with a big pile of money. One has to wonder why wasn't this sadistic cop charged with police brutality or attempted murder? The answer is simple. In Biden's America, the enforcers of repression are a protected class. They want the removal of laws preventing pedophilia and sex trafficking.

They want their children mutilated in sex change surgeries carried out without their permission or knowledge.

They want men participating in women's sports and the destruction of women's sports.

They hate freedom of speech and want dissenting opinions criminalized as hate speech and racism.

They want the Constitution, Bill of Rights, and America flag removed.

They now consider anyone who flies the American flag to be a racist, terrorist, or a Nazi.

The American people are now "woke".
